This award-winning build-to-rent development by Long Harbour will bring nearly 500 much-needed homes to Walthamstow and help to revitalise the town centre.

Consisting of two towers of 34 and 27 storeys, the project is being delivered in a busy area while a neighbouring shopping centre remains open.

It is therefore vital that disruption to local businesses and the wider community is kept to a minimum. This is achieved with 75% of the building being manufactured in a controlled factory setting, reducing vehicle movements and the number of people working on site.
