Another flagship development for London’s nascent co-living sector – this time with a classic London pub added to the enticing mix of facilities.
The Castle will provide 462 highly crafted, bespoke apartments, as well as 1,500m² of communal space. It is a rare opportunity to reimagine a classic London pub alongside innovative living, creating a unique design which is in line with the character of the local neighbourhood.
The 32-storey scheme is due to be completed in just 18 months.
It will follow the same template of blending intelligently designed studio apartments and exceptional shared amenities. Arranged across four dedicated floors, these will include lounge areas, private dining and co-working spaces, a library, a bespoke gym, cinema and games rooms.
From the ground, the pub will have an engaging street presence, with a sculptural elevation that pays homage to the historic architecture of London pubs.
