Mountearl Gardens provides 29 one-bed and 3 two-bed apartments on a former garage site, establishing a template for opening up infill spaces on existing estates.

The development shows Vision’s flexibility: with complex massing varying between one, two and three storeys to optimise the number of homes while maintaining views and access for existing residents.

Four more schemes have since been completed for the first-home specialist, comprising of more than 300 homes.
