This technically complex scheme involved converting the Grade II* former Port of London Authority headquarters into a 98-bed hotel and 38 high-end apartments.
At the heart of the redevelopment is a modern, largely glazed three-storey extension, which required unusually large modules up to 5.4m wide. Our delivery of this critical part of the project is a testament not only to the flexibility of our system but also to our logistical expertise in transporting large loads into the heart of London.
