The development was purchased by our long-term partner Greystar, Chapter Highbury II consists of 257 rooms in a mix of cluster and studio apartments.

In the heart of the busy Holloway Road, next to an Underground station, with Tube lines running below and a TfL Red Route alongside, the site had been unviable using traditional construction methods.

The change from a traditional to volumetric design approach came after planning had been granted. While the building’s volume and window position needed to remain unchanged, the internal layout was redesigned, with rationalised floor plans providing additional units on every floor.
