World-leading volumetric construction

1
What we do

As an offsite specialist manufacturer, Vision makes up to 80% of a volumetric building in a factory. Our team builds individual 3D units that are transported to our sites to become new homes and communities.

2
How we started

The system was created by a team of construction experts who set out with a goal to address the shortcomings in traditional building practices.

3
Towards volumetric

The aim was to instil a lean manufacturing discipline, maximising efficiencies. Construction would be safer, more sustainable, faster, and delivered to the highest quality standards.

4
Growth and investment

Over a number of years, we have invested heavily in research and testing, constantly refining the system to reach record heights. New technologies within the factories and onsite continue to enhance the process, in turn creating groundbreaking buildings.

5
Championing the sector

We work closely with the government, national bodies and other key stakeholders advocating for the volumetric sector’s vital role in creating a more efficient construction industry and solving the UK’s housing and skills crises.

Our people
An expert team

Our workforce collaborate across a range of disciplines, from engineers and architects to assembly line operatives and quality control. We have experienced, specialist teams working on pre-design, design and procurement, ensuring streamlined delivery at all stages. Through their expert knowledge, we can advise on everything from initial concepts to fit-outs and finishes, and make sure that sustainability, efficiency and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Our team benefit from a safe, clean, weatherproofed workplace and less transient employment. Most staff are locally based, with many cycling to work, and we employ across age groups and genders.

We may bring diverse skills and backgrounds, but we share a common goal: to expand the possibilities of volumetric technology and transform construction for the better.

About Us | Vision
Training with Vision

The UK construction sector needs 225,000 extra workers by 2027. We take on apprentices and engage in education support schemes to upskill our team and attract a new generation of talent. Our emphasis on in-house training and range of roles also make the volumetric sector more accessible to people without a construction background, appealing to a broader demographic.

How the process unfolds

Every step of the way, we remain closely involved from factory to site, to completed development.

Where we are

We are continuously growing our portfolio and unlocking sites through our volumetric technology, pushing the boundaries of development and creating exceptional buildings.
